STEVE BUSER
PRESIDENT

Steve began working as a Landscape Architect 8 years ago, after graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in landscape architecture. He started his own business in 2006, Castlewood Custom Landscape & Design, Inc. His primary role within the company is to custom design all of our beautiful landscapes, then works closely with our crews and with our homeowners to ensure the project is completed to Castlewoods high standards and to the homeowners satisfaction.

JASON REALE                                        
VICE PRESIDENT

After earning a General Finance degree, Jason took over the books for a general contractor in 2003 and helped turned it into a multi- million dollar company. After the company was sold he joined the Castlewood team with the same intent. He holds accolades in math and engineering in Colorado and will soon complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. He works behind the scenes to ensure Castlewoods strong financial future.

NICK PISANI
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Nick has a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Design/horticulture from Auburn University. He has 12 years experience designing and building high end residential and commercial landscapes. Nick has worked all over the United States including the Southeast, East Coast, The Bahamas and most recently in Colorado. He enjoys working directly with all the homeowner creating a custom design from start to finish.

Miguel has 11 Years experience in landscaping and specializes in irrigation. His expertise in planting can be the difference in longevity. Miguel has been trusted to handle a warranty work due to his skills. As required he also speaks fluent English and Spanish.
